Site work, new construction and renovation of an educational facility in Raleigh, North Carolina. Completed plans call for the construction of a 143,000-square-foot, five-story above grade, one-story below grade educational facility; and for site work for a educational facility.
This project is currently under construction and nearing completion. Skanska USA Building, Inc., CM at Risk for the NC State University. Bid Packages: 03A Building Concrete, 05A Structural Steel, 07B Below Grade Waterproofing, and 14A Elevators. PLEASE NOTE: The overall construction cost of this project is $120 million. The construction cost value of this bid release is not yet known.
