Site work and paving for a civil project in Raleigh, North Carolina. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project; road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
The Project consists generally of the following major items: Installation of approximately 11,300 LF of 6-inch DIP water main. Installation of approximately 40 LF of 8-inch DIP water main. Installation of approximately 1,560 LF of 8-inch DIP sewer main. Installation of approximately 6,600 LF of 8-inch PVC sewer main. Installation of approximately 1,200 LF of 8-inch CIPP liner. Asphalt road repair. Bid Security in the amount of five percent (5%) of the Bid must accompany each Bid and shall be subject to the conditions provided in the Instruction to Bidders Furthermore, the Citys goal is to contract or sub-contract fifteen percent (15%) of the contract amount to certified MWBEs on construction projects over $300,000, or with contracts that include $100,000 or more in state funding.
