Renovation of a data center facility in Raleigh, North Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a data center facility.
As of September 27, 2023, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for award has not yet been established. Replacement of 3 Liebert 30-ton units with new 407c units. Replacements will include new copper lines, new indoor and outdoor units, digging/concrete work, R22 recapture, and disposal of old equipment. Install new mini-split unit as a secondary unit for the UPS room. All units to include all indoor equipment and outdoor condenser, digging/concrete work, refrigerant lines, and disconnects. Install controls monitoring for 3 CRAC units, 3 PDUs, 2 UPSs and 2 mini-splits to include jace, comms wires, programming, and training. NCDOT encourages the participation of MWBE firms and supports NCDOT' s system's policy of ensuring and promoting opportunities for minority businesses. The State reserves the unqualified right to reject any and all proposals.
