Demolition and site work for a water / sewer project in Everett, Washington. Completed plans call for the demolition of a water / sewer project.
The project includes but is not limited to: demolition of a 20-feet diameter by 55-feet tall reservoir including foundation, associated piping, valves, and other appurtenances; demolition of an above-grade utility vault, associated foundation, piping, valves, and other appurtenances; demolition of a portion of an existing block-style retaining wall and landscape border; demolition of abandoned conduits, wires, and telephone line as shown on Plans; tree and shrub removal; temporary erosion and sediment control; and landscape/surface restoration Each bid must be accompanied by proof of bid security which guarantees the amount of 5 percent (5%) of the total amount bid, excluding tax
