Saving Project...

Renovation of a fitness / recreation center in Arlington, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the renovation of a fitness / recreation center.

The Town Board for the Town of Leeds, Colombia County, Wisconsin, hereby requests written bids to replace a Sterling QVSD400M heat unit in the Town of Leeds gymnasium. The gymnasium is approximately 3600 square feet with a ceiling height of 19 feet and a natural gas source. The bid should include a replacement Reznor SC400 heat unit or equivalent; removal of existing unit and installing new unit including all labor, duct work, wiring, gas piping and running drain. Bid should also include cleaning the Serling blower unit and heat exchanger. For more information or inspect gymnasium contact Mark Frank, Town Chair, Melinda Brunner, Supervisor 1 and/or Larry Wells, Town Supervisor 2. The Town reserves the right to reject all proposals, to waive any informalities in making this proposal, and to accept the proposal that best serves the interests of the Town.
