Site work, new construction and renovation of a mixed-use development in Crowley, Texas. Working plans call for the construction of a 90,000-square-foot educational facility; for site work for a educational facility; and for the renovation of a educational facility.
The owner has selected a Construction Manager. Awarded CM's are Balfour Beatty for New Elementary School No. 17 and Core Construction for Crowley High School Replacement. Pursuant to the provisions of the Texas Government Code Chapter 2269, Subchapter F, it is the intention of the Crowley Independent School District to select multiple Construction Manger at-risk (CMAR) firms, via a two-step Request for Qualifications (RFQ) process for New Elementary School No. 17 and Crowley High School Replacement.
