The Services include the labor and materials necessary to provide scheduled HVAC filter replacement services two times per year: March (Spring Break), and August (Summer Break). The Contractor will also be required report any issues with the equipment to the District HVAC Department. The District has approximately 2,719 filters requiring biannual replacement. A master list of existing filters has been included [Schedule A - Filter Master List Apr 2023.xls] to provide visibility on the District's current state. Currently, the District is using a mix of MERV 9, 11 and 13 filters and is striving to get as close to MERV 13 filtration as HVAC equipment allows without negatively affecting performance. The Contractor will be expected to review each installation and advise the District as to the maximum level of filtration recommended. The District reserves the right, in the interest of the institution, to waive any minor informality or irregularity in Proposals received.
