Site work, paving and renovation of a mixed-use development in Walworth, New York. Working plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; for the renovation of a playground / park / athletic field; sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.

The project consists principally of a new 510 sf building footprint for an accessible restroom for public Park visitors. The restroom includes two unisex restrooms with baby changing stations, drink fountain and sidewalks. In addition, the existing pavilion shall be upgraded with new floor, roof, trim, lighting and power. The contract breakdown are as follows Contract 1 - General Construction Contract: Construction of a new slab on grade building with wood truss structure and walls for the new bathrooms including, foundations, concrete masonry block walls, concrete sidewalks, grading, seeding, final connections, water service to 5' outside of the building and other site utilities. The general construction contract will also cover all other work not identified under the other contracts Contract 2 - Mechanical Contract: Installation of the restroom exhaust system and ductwork. Contract 3 - Plumbing Contract: Installation of the restroom fixtures, all piping and backflow device, plumbing in the building and within 5' of the building, and all plumbing connections. Contract 4 - Electrical Contract: All electrical work including piping, wiring, and all lighting. Sealed bids must be made in writing on the forms furnished and shall be accompanied by a bid guarantee for an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the amount bid in accordance with the INSTRUCTIONS TO BIDDERS. The successful Bidder will be required to furnish and pay for satisfactory performance and labor and material bonds in accordance with the INSTRUCTIONS TO BIDDERS. The Town of Walworth reserves the right to consider bids for forty-five (45) days after the receipt before awarding any contract. The Town of Walworth further reserves the right to reject any and all bids, and to accept any Proposal or individual item or items, which it may deem to be the most favorable to its best interests.
