The Borough reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, or parts thereof, and to waive any informalities in the bidding, as they deem in the best interest of the Borough. The successful bidder who is awarded the contract, will be required to pay a fee of 0.003333% or $100-$5,000 of the contract award value
