020 COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT PLAYGROUND IMPROVEMENTS AT GARCHINSKY PARK, UNION AND EDGMONT AVENUES, CLIFTON HEIGHTS Attention of bidders is called to all of the requirements contained in this bid packet, particularly to the Federal Labor Standards Provisions including Davis-Bacon and Related Acts, various insurance requirements, various equal opportunity provisions, and the requirement for a payment bond and performance bond for 100% of the contract price. The Contractor who has been successfully awarded the contract shall complete work within sixty (60) days from the Notice to Proceed. No bidder may withdraw his/her bid within ninety (90) days after the actual date of opening thereof. Clifton Heights Borough reserves the right to waive any informalities or to reject any or all bids This project consists of the demolition of existing site features and the installation of new playground equipment and other miscellaneous site improvements
