The awarded Contractor is Martin & Company Excavating, Inc. The anticipated start date is September 5th, 2023. Storm water Improvements, Street/Road Repairs Description: The work covered by these Contract Documents consists of HMA resurfacing, bituminous surface removal, HMA patching, base preparation, sidewalk removal & replacement, and storm sewer improvements and ditch grading along with associated restoration and traffic control. STARTING & COMPLETION: If awarded Contract M0708-7-23-00318, the BIDDER agrees to commence work at the site within 10 consecutive calendar days after date of formal Notice to Proceed. The BIDDER further agrees to complete all work covered by Contract to the point of Substantial Completion by October 13, 2023. The Bidder further agrees to complete all work to the point of final acceptance by the OWNER, and to the point of Final Completion by October 27, 2023.
