City Corporation, operators of the Russellville Water and Sewer System in Russellville, Arkansas, invites interested responsible parties to provide a proposal for the removal and disposal of the Water Treatment Plant residuals. The project will consist of but not be limited to the removal and disposal of water treatment residuals from two storage ponds having a total surface area of approximately 2.66 acres and an approximate total volume of 3,083,000 gallons with an approximate total of 518 dry tons of solids. Contractors submitting proposals must possess an Arkansas state contractor's license, furnish a bid bond, be able to furnish a performance and payment bond, provide a financial statement, and a verifiable statement of experience and references, and an equipment schedule more fully defined in the Request for Proposal. City Corporation encourages the participation of DBE/WBE/MBE businesses in its procurement process and activity. City Corporation reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, to waive any informalities in the procedures, or to cancel the solicitation if it is in the best interest of City Corporation.
