Cleaning and maintenance of the premises during the work; The location and identification of pipes, blocks, electrical conduits, public utility conduits and other existing structures on the site and on the property of the city or a third party; Coordination of work with the city, public utility companies, contractors from other disciplines and their subcontractors; Bid Bond 10 % is required *Award is subject to final approval.
