Contractor agrees to provide all labor, equipment, tools, testing instruments, materials (other than Caltrans furnished), work signs, traffic control, travel, and incidentals required to provide routuine and non-routine electrical services for facility maintenance and repair to high and medium voltage transformers, switch gears, circuit breakers, panel boards and equipment, alarms, and sensors associated with Electrical Power Substation. Bidder must have at time of bid submittal and for the duration of the contract, a valid, current C-10 Electrical Contractors License and a C-31 Construction Zone Traffic Control License issued by the California Contractors State License Board (CSLB), for the type of work to be performed. If the Contractor is going to subcontract the traffic control work, the subcontractor must have a valid current C-31 Construction Zone Traffic Control License.
