The Sacramento Housing and Redevelopment Agency (Agency), on behalf of the Housing Authority of the City of Sacramento and the Housing Authority of the County of Sacramento, and its constituent entities, is issuing a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) for General Building contractors licensed by the State of California Contractors State License Board (CSLB) interested in perform repairs at various Housing Authority public housing sites. The Agency intends to establish a list of up to ten (10) qualified General contractors to provide these services. Interested licensed B-General contractors must attend One of the Two pre-proposal meetings.
