Site work for a civil project in Valley Township, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.

As of August 2, 2023, the project has been awarded. A timeline for construction has not been established as the project is still awaiting PADEP approval. Each bid must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond payable to the Owner in an amount of not less than ten percent (10%) of the bid or bids. Only bonds from companies licensed to do business in the State where the Owner is located will be accepted and the bond shall so state same. The project is estimated to be between $150,000 and $200,000. This project involves retrofitting an existing stormwater basin via re-grading and installation of new outlet structures, and the installation of a retaining wall structure around existing inlets and stone rip rap within an existing channel. No bidder may withdraw bid within SIXTY (60) days after the scheduled closing time for receipt of bids. The Owner reserves the right to waive any informality or to reject any or all bids. The project is subject to Pennsylvania prevailing wage rates.
