Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Valley Township, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
2024 Road Program This project involves a Base Bid of approximately 8,261 SY of milling and wearing course pavement, 100 SY of base repair, 205 tons of leveling course, 2,012 LF pavement markings, 534 LF of bituminous curb, and appurtenant work. Bids must be submitted unconditionally. Each bid must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond payable to the Owner in an amount of not less than ten percent (10%) of the bid or bids. Only bonds from companies licensed to do business in the State where the Owner is located will be accepted and the bond shall so state same. No bidder may withdraw bid within SIXTY (60) days after the scheduled closing time for receipt of bids. The successful bidder who is awarded the contract will be required to pay PennBIDTM 0.33% of the contract award value (up to $5,000). The Owner reserve the right to waive any informalities, or to reject any or all bids. This project is subject to prevailing wage rates in accordance with Pennsylvania Department of Labor and Industry.
