The Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, Department of General Services, is issuing this Invitation for Bid (IFB) for Bituminous Stockpile Patching Material (Cold Mix) for Commonwealth agencies. In addition, Local Public Procurement Units (COSTARS), as defined by the Commonwealth Procurement Code, may use this contract in accordance with the COSTARS Provision contained within the contract terms and conditions. This contract covers materials only. Suppliers are not permitted to perform any application services. Failure by any supplier to abide by the scope of this contract may result in the termination of their contract. For the purposes of these Specifications, the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) is referred to as the "Department." In addition to this Specifications document, the following documents are incorporated as exhibits and are made part of these Specifications. TERM OF CONTRACT: The Contract shall commence on the Effective Date, no earlier than September 1, 2024 and expire on August 31, 2026.
