Following Contract: Rock Embankment Contract: Furnish and Place Approximately 2,000 Ton R-7 Rock; 1,100 Sy Geotextile; 1 Ls Clearing and Grubbing; 1 Ls E & S Control and Perform 1,100 Cy Class 1 Excavation. All Work and Material Must Meet Current Pennsylvania Department of Transportation Specifications Form 408 and Its Supplements. Performance Bond and Payment Bond in the Amount of 100% of the Contract, as Well as Proof of Worker's Compensation Insurance Will Be Required From the Lowest Responsible Bidder. Bid Bond in the Amount of 10% of the Contracts is Required of All Bidders. Question Deadline 07/25/2024 at 4:00 PM ET
