Milling of Bituminous Pavement -3.5 Depth Item 5 586 Ton Superpave Binder Course, 19.0mm, in Place Item 6 458 Ton Superpave Wearing Course, 9.5mm, in Place Option #1 = Items 1-3 Option #2 - Items 4-6 the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act Apples to This Project Only if the Bid Amount Exceeds $100,000.00.
