*As of December 17, 2024 this project has been cancelled and will put it out for bid at a later date.* CCTV/Sonar inspection services to approximately 8,000 LF +- of the 63" diameter sanitary sewer interceptor line. No bid will be considered unless accompanied by a Bid Bond of an approved surety, a cashier's check, a certified check, or bank letter of credit payable to the Authority in the amount of not less than ten (10%) percent of the Grand Total Price/Bid. Bids may be held by the Authority for a period not to exceed sixty (60) days from the date of the opening of Bids for the purpose of reviewing the Bids and investigating the qualification of the bidders, prior to awarding the contract. No exceptions to the bid shall be permitted. Any bid containing exceptions shall be considered non-responsive. Johnstown Redevelopment Authority Melissa Komar Executive Director The Authority reserves the right to reject any or all bids/proposals; to accept any bid, to waive any informality or technicality on bids received; to omit any item or items deemed advisable for the best interest of the Authority; or to withhold and/or to abandon the final award of the contract.
