Contract shall include, but not be limited to, furnishing all materials, equipment, supplies, and labor required for the construction of a new Autothermal Thermophilic Aerobic Digestion (ATAD) System, including , but not limited to, two reactor basins, a biofilter basin with scrubber,an equipment building with pumps, blowers, a drum thickener, drum thickener filtrate pump station, heat exchanger and heat exchanger pumps, and other necessary appurtenances, and all associated piping, appurtenances, and site work necessary to integrate the new facilities in with the existing WWTP. Also included is the furnishing of all materials, equipment, supplies, and labor required to replace the following existing equipment at the Ingleside SBR plant: sludge pumps, the decanter actuator and limit switches at four (4) SBR basins, the effluent water pumping system, fine bubble air diffuser membranes within the four (4) SBR basins, and at two (2) sludge aerobic digester tanks, replacement of the belt filter press polymer feed system, replacement of the belt filter press control panel, and upgrades to the SBR plant main control panel. Additive Alternate price proposals will be sought for replacement of diffuser holders, air piping and accessories in one (1) of the SBR basins and in one (1) of the aerobic digestors, and replacement of the belt filter press, complete. the successful bidder shall furnish a satisfactory Performance Bond and a Labor and Material Payment Bond to the Owner, in the form contained in the Contract Documents and executed by a satisfactory circular 570 listed surety, each equal to 100% of the total contract amount.
