Pittsburgh Gateways will be accepting qualified bids for Center for the Metal Arts located at 102,104,106 Iron Street, Johnstown, PA. The project will consist of 3 historic building rehabilitations and site development. All questions should be directed via email to the architect info@fpaffmann.com and owner's representative sguenther@pghgateways.org Pittsburgh Gateways has applied for and received several grants from state and federal sources. These include Keystone, RACP, and EDA. In addition, as a National Historic Landmark, the project is subject to procurement requirements and contracting provisions.
