Demolition and site work for a mixed-use development in Johnstown, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the demolition of a municipal facility; for site work for a municipal facility; parking garage; and parking garage.
The removal and legal disposal of the material and debris from the demolition of one (1) commercial building with garage. A certified check or bank draft, payable to the Johnstown Redevelopment Authority, or bid bond in the amount of 10% of the total bid amount shall be submitted with each bid as a guarantee that if the proposal is accepted and awarded, a contract shall be entered. The successful bidder must furnish 100% Performance, Labor and Material's Bonds along with the proper insurance, City Permits, and filing of no-lien agreement, before being awarded the contract. The Johnstown Redevelopment Authority reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to re-advertise or to waive any informalities in the bidding. Bids may be held by the Johnstown Redevelopment Authority for a period of not-to-exceed sixty (60) days from the date of opening of the bids for the purpose of reviewing the bids and investigating the qualifications of the bidders, prior to awarding of the contract.
