Renovation and addition to an educational facility in Gainesville, Florida. Working plans call for the addition of a 7,800-square-foot educational facility; and for the renovation of a 7,000-square-foot educational facility.
The Broward Dining location, now known as the Broward Eatery, will undergo a full renovation and refresh to include: upgraded dining room spaces with additional seating, new equipment to support innovative food and menu platforms, and expanded use of technology to enhance the dining experience. As of August 25, 2023, per owner, a design/build team has been selected. Design has begun and construction is expected to start in November 2023.
