The City of Burleson, TX invited qualified firms or teams to submit proposals in response to this Request for Proposals for Construction Manager-at-Risk services. These services will be in connection with the design and construction of the renovation and expansion of the Burleson Police Headquarters Building. OWNER has set a Construction Cost Limit (CCL) of $23,232,103 for this PROJECT.
