The North Pocono School District will receive sealed bids for the Phase 1 North Pocono Parking Lot Rehabilitation Project in the Business Office located at 701 Church Street, Moscow, PA 18444 The Project consists of sawcutting, bituminous pavement base replacement, milling, bituminous overlay, full depth removal and replacement, inlet and pipe installation of the parking lots designated on the associated drawings. The bid must be accompanied by a certified/cashier's check or Bid Bond in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the bid amount, made payable to North Pocono School District. The School District reserves the right to reject any or all bids or portions thereof or to waive any informalities in the bidding. If written notice of the acceptance of this Bid is mailed or delivered to the successful bidder within ten (10) days after the opening thereof, or at any time thereafter before the Bid is withdrawn, the said bidder agrees to execute and deliver the Project Agreement in the form prescribed by the North Pocono School District or forfeit said Bid Bond. The contract documents contain requirements regarding nondiscrimination in hiring practices, and related matter, including performance and payment bonds and liability insurance.
