Renovation of a municipal facility in Moscow, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Work shall consist of providing standby Generator at the Borough Building and all related work as indicated on the Construction Documents. Only Bidders receiving a full set of Documents from GPI will receive information issued during the bid period. The bid must be accompanied by a certified/cashiers check or Bid Bond in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the bid amount, made payable to Borough of Moscow. The Borough reserves the right to reject any or all bids or portions thereof or to waive any informalities in the bidding. If written notice of the acceptance of this Bid is mailed or delivered to the undersigned within sixty (60) days after the opening thereof, or at any time thereafter before the Bid is withdrawn, the undersigned agrees to execute and deliver the Agreement in the form prescribed by Borough of Moscow. (2) Duplicate proposals shall be submitted in a sealed envelope containing Bid and Bid Bond, or other approved bid security, and shall be addressed to the Borough of Moscow, and shall be plainly marked with the wording, Bid for Borough of Moscow Generator Upgrade. Provide Back-Up Power Generator as indicated in the Contract Documents.
