Site work, paving and renovation of a mixed-use development in Scranton, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a playground / park / athletic field; for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; water / sewer project; sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.

The park will include new concrete walks, pavers and landscaping. Utility services will include electric, communications and water service. The bid must be accompanied by a certified/cashier's check or Bid Bond in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the bid amount, made payable to Scranton Tomorrow. Scranton Tomorrow reserves the right to reject any or all bids or portions thereof or to waive any informalities in the bidding.
