Renovation of a fire / police facility in Norcross, Georgia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 6,979-square-foot fire / police facility.

The scope of this project includes, but is not limited to, the demolition and removal of the HVAC components and subsequent replacement with new equipment. Additionally, a new DOAS unit is to be provided and a new Controls System is to be installed. Refer to Drawings. No Bidder may withdraw his Bid within sixty (60) days after the actual date of the opening thereof. A five percent (5%) bid bond must be submitted with the bid. Successful contractor will be required to provide a one hundred percent (100%) payment and one hundred percent (100%) performance bond as well as an insurance certificate fulfilling requirements as stated in the bid documents. Gwinnett County reserves the right to reject any or all bids to waive technicalities, and to make an award deemed in its best interest. Question Deadline 06/23/2023 at 3:00 PM ET
