Description

Site work for a water / sewer project in Oakton, Virginia. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.

Fairfax County is soliciting pre-bid qualifications for the construction of the Rocky Branch at Hickory Hollow Lane project. The bid schedule will depend upon funding availability. The estimated cost of the construction project is anticipated to be in the range of $4,000,000.00 to $6,000,000.00. Approved pre-qualification applications shall be valid for one year from the notification date. Only firms that have been pre-qualified in accordance with the procedures in the Pre-Qualification Application will be eligible to submit bids for the project. Bids received from those who have not been prequalified will not be considered. Restoration of approximately 6,800 linear feet of stream restoration utilizing Natural Channel Design. Ability to obtain Performance and Payment Bonds in the amounts required for the individual projects. The County reserves the right to extend the Application submission deadline, by way of an addendum, should such action be deemed in the best interest of Fairfax County.
