Site work and new construction of an educational facility in Humansville, Missouri. Completed plans call for the construction of a 16,662-square-foot educational facility; and for site work for a educational facility.

The building will be constructed of concrete slab on grade, pre-engineered metal building (PEMB) for the gymnasium, and CMU block and steel beams and columns for the locker rooms and tiered stadium seating. The exterior envelope will be comprised primarily of insulated metal panels, exterior insulation finish system (EIFS), and thermally broken aluminum storefront glazing system. The gymnasium sits west of the existing school building with a corridor connecting to the existing elementary-school entrance. North Oak Street will be closed and relocated to the west along with city water utilities as part of this project. The relocation of other city utilities (overhead) along North Oak Street will be by Owner but require coordination as a part of this project. New utilities (propane and electric) and stor mwater system shall be provided to accommodate the new gymnasium. Site work will also include a new gravel parking lot, site stairs and ramp, and sidewalks. The Missouri Department of Conservation reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive irregularities in bids. The project consists of a 16,600 square foot new competition gymnasium to serve athletics, academics, and extra- curricular events for the community of Humansville, Missouri. The building includes approximately 800 seats (80% tiered stadium seating for home and 20% retractable seating for visitors), a full-size court with half courts, concession stand, public restrooms, (2) home and (2) visitor locker rooms, coaches' offices, and storage closet for equipment. The AV and security for the facility will be by Owner but require coordination between all trades. The Missouri Department of Conservation reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive irregularities in bids.
