The work to be completed under this Agreement consists of furnishing all labor, equipment, and materials, and performing all work required as outlined below: Construction of new waterline, gravity sewer, lift station, sewage force main and all incidental work in accordance with the Drawings and Specifications and in such condition as will permit its satisfactory operation. New waterline and gravity sewer extends along the E. I-10 Service Road from U.S. 190 Business to Orion Street, then along Orion Street to a lift station near the dead end of Orion Street at the I-10. New waterline and sewage force main extends from the lift station beneath the I-10 to Lindberg Drive, where it is connected to the existing water and sewerage systems. Alternate 1 consists of the installation of a permanent emergency power generator at the lift station. Alternate 2 consists of the extension of the new waterline and gravity sewer extends along the E. I-10 Service Road from Orion Street to Lawes Street. Those portions of the Contract Documents consisting of written technical descriptions of materials, equipment, construction systems, standards and workmanship as applied to the Work.
