Pre-Bid Meeting & Questions Due June 14, 2023 This project includes scope for the safe abatement of hazardous materials from the existing COM Technical Vocational Building (TVB) Building per OSHA and all federal, state, and local regulation requirements in accordance with the hazardous materials report, to be followed by the full demolition of the existing building, in accordance with Construction Documents. Scope also includes the removal of remaining Glycol Separation Unit (GSU) equipment previously used for Process Technology training programs and all remaining building contents (fixtures and furnishings). Description of equipment to be preserved is included in the Construction Documents. The contractor shall be responsible for all permits and fees associated with their scope of work, including city permits and state notifications.
