Renovation of a residential development in Kent, Connecticut. Completed plans call for the renovation of a residential development.
Written questions will be accepted until Wednesday June 21, 2023 at 4:00 PM by submitting via email to dberto@housingenterprises.com. The project scope includes rehabilitation construction of a 24-unit apartment complex and related site work for an existing apartment project known as South Common in the Town of Kent. Notice is hereby given, that the Town of Kent, Litchfield County, Connecticut, by and through its Board of Selectmen, hereinafter referred to as the Owner, will receive sealed bid packets for the construction of the South Common Rehabilitation Project. The Town of Kent has a Sub-recipient Agreement with the non-profit organization, Kent Affordable Housing, Inc., that owns and operates the South Common project, and the construction contract will be with and will be administered by Kent Affordable Housing, Inc.
