The Purpose of This Request for Proposals (Solicitation) is to Obtain Competitive Proposals From Qualified Proposers Interested in the Provision of Professional Engineering Services for Portland Community College. The College Intends to Create a Multi-year Price Agreement With Multiple Firms as a Result of This Solicitation. No Pre-proposal Conference or Site Inspection is Scheduled for This Solicitation. The Content of the Proposals Will Not Be Disclosed to the Public Until All Proposals Have Been Evaluated, Negotiations Completed if Required, and a Recommendation for Award Has Been Published. Proposers Are Solely Responsible for Ensuring That Portland Community College Receives Its Proposal. Minority-owned, Women-owned, Emerging Small Businesses, Service-disabled Veteran-owned, and Disadvantaged Business Enterprises Are Encouraged to Submit a Response to This Solicitation. Proposers Must Familiarize Themselves With the Entire Solicitation.
