Renovation of a municipal facility in Portland, Oregon. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
All prices must be held firm for the first twelve (12) months of the contract. Subsequently, any Contractor requested price increases shall be submitted, in writing, to the County no less than sixty (60) days prior to the proposed date of change. Price increases are limited to a single request during any consecutive twelve (12) month period, and may not exceed the lesser of the U.S. Department of Labor Consumer Price Index for A Urban Consumers (CPI-U), U.S., or three percent (3%). Fixed term. The contract term shall be for a maximum of five (5) years. Unless earlier terminated, the termination date of all contracts issued under this ITB shall be five (5) years from the initial, first contract execution. The County reserves the right to reject any requested price modifications that are unacceptable to the County.
