Provide all labor, materials equipment and services necessary for the proper and complete installation of painting, as indicated on the SUMMARY OF WORK Section 01010, in the paint schedule and as specified herein. B. Surface preparation, painting and finishing of exposed interior items and surfaces. Surface preparation, priming and, finish coats specified in this section are in addition to shop priming and surface treatment specified C. Paint exposed surfaces as indicated in the paint schedule and as specified herein, except where a surface of material is specifically indicated not to be painted or is to remain neutral. Where an item or surface is not specifically mentioned, paint the same as similar adjacent materials or surfaces. The Contract shall be for a period of two (2) years with an option to renew for one (1) additional year at the full discretion of the FHA. The FHA invites sealed bids from painting contractors for Interior Vacant Unit Painting in Framingham, MA. Two-year contract with option to renew for one additional year. Estimated Cost $75,000
