Site work for a mixed-use development in Napa, California. Completed plans call for site work for a fire / police facility; and water / sewer project.
Police Range Improvements The work generally consists of installing water, sewer, electric and communications connections to a modular trailer. The trailer will be connected to an existing well, septic tank, electrical panel and joint pole, which are all operational. In addition to the trailer water connection, two hose bibs and associated water lines will be installed and connected to the well. The trailer will be connected to the septic tank using an existing lateral. Electrical conduit and wiring is to be installed from the panel to the trailer, to the well, to three (3) new electrical junction vaults and two (2) new outdoor light fixtures. Outlets are be installed in a prefab storage container from an existing connection. A weather head, cabinet, conduit, electrical circuit, outlet and mounting board to facilitate the communications line will be installed inside of the trailer. Bid(10%), Certified Check
