Site work for a water / sewer project in Napa, California. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The project includes following: The furnishing and installation of one (1) new 110,000-gallon bolted steel water storage tank, along with all associated appurtenances; demolition of existing tanks, foundation design and construction, earthwork, grading, soil stabilization, and drainage of the tank site; piping, and valving at tank site and in-street where applicable, electrical and instrumentation systems as applicable; and access road improvements. The Contractor shall possess a Class A or C-12 license at the time of contract award. A bid guarantee in the amount of 10% of the total bid shall accompany the bid. The successful bidder shall be required to furnish a Performance Bond in an amount equal to 100% of the contract price and a Labor and Material Bond in an amount equal to 100% of the contract price with good and sufficient surety.
