The character of the work is UIC RETROFIT AT FOUR LOCATIONS The major quantities of work involved in this project are: 350 LF 18" Perforated Pipe Infiltration System 5 EA UIC Manhole Installation 4 EA Convert UIC To Sedimentation Manhole The Project Manager for this project is Robert Stahle, Engineering Technician Senior, Watershed Division, Department of Environmental Services 503-618-2621, Robert.Stahle@greshamoregon.gov The apparent low bidder will be required to have the current edition of the City of Gresham Public Works Standards. This project is for public work and is subject to ORS 279C.800 to 279C.870, the Oregon Prevailing Wage Law. The bid must be accompanied by a certified check, cashier's check or bid bond in an amount not less than ten percent (10%) of the total bid. The City of Gresham requires all Contractors to comply with equal opportunity policies.
