It’s part of ISC’s Capital Facilities and Maintenance Program. ISC provides funding to cover the cost of professional services to conduct on-site comprehensive inspections of ISC-funded assets. E-ACRS supports First Nations communities by: outlining ongoing and periodic lifecycle needs of their infrastructure providing information to First Nations so they can actively plan for and manage the life expectancy requirements of each asset E-ACRS inspections include an assessment of each infrastructure asset’s: general condition day-to-day operation and maintenance current deficiencies periodic replacement of major and main components estimated remaining life end of life considerations Official bid documents must be obtained from www.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform.
