The City of Peoria,Il.is soliciting proposals from qualified third-party administrators, hereinafter referred to as the TPA, for administration of the City's self-funded General Liability Claims Program. The City is looking for a vendor who demonstrates a creative and effective claims management process that is streamlined and user-friendly, has strong customer service focus,solid reporting capabilities, effective technological capabilities, as well as proactive and consistent management of liability claims. A claims history for the City is attached. Please complete the attached New Vendor Request Form to be added to the City of Peoria vendor database.
