City of Cornelius is soliciting sealed bids for the "Plaza Los Amigos 19th & Davis Mini-Roundabout Project" located within the City of Cornelius, Washington County, Oregon. The City of Cornelius is converting the existing two way stop intersection at North 19th Avenue and North Davis Street into a mini-roundabout. The project includes the construction of a new collector street and mini-roundabout with curb, sidewalk, signage, and pavement markings, stormwater mainlines and detention facilities with plantings, street lighting, landscaping, permanent irrigation, and erosion control. The project described in this solicitation document is being funded in whole or in part with funding from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development through the Washington County Office of Community Development CDBG program. MBE/WBE contractors and Section 3 businesses are encouraged to submit a proposal.
