Scope of Work: Seminole County BOCC is seeking a qualified, Certified General Contractor to build a new multiuse shower restroom facility at the Seminole County Fire Training Facility, located at 201 Valentine Way Longwood, FL 32750. Please see the Scope of Services, Contract Plans, and Project Manual for additional Information. Experience Requirement: Submit five (5) similar projects completed within the past (3) years. Specified Applicable Projects: New Building Construction of Commercial Enclosed Structures, high volume/large restroom facilities. See Section 3 - Bid Forms, Item #5.
