All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.In general, this Scope of Work consists of a base award of a new prefabricated metal building, with option award items for new perimeter fence, vehicle access gate, and vehicle gate automatic openers within the above referenced fence inside the Marion Reservoir Project Office Compound. This project will be a total turn-key contract with all work being performed by the Contractor. The Contractor shall provide all plant, materials, equipment, labor, instruments, tools, Sub-Contractors, supervision, management, per diem, and travel necessary to complete all work in accordance with the statement of work (SOW), attached drawings, specifications, and all other contract documents and requirements. Where contract documents and criteria appear to be in conflict, the Contractor shall consult the Contracting Officer (KO) or the Contracting Officers Representative (COR), as applicable, for clarification before beginning any work.
