Emery & Sons Construction Group, LLC is accepting subcontractor bids for the following scopes of work for the Reservoir 18 and Pump Station Project. Bid Package #09 generally consists of: A. Furnish and install all materials, equipment, and labor to execute the work as indicated on the drawings, as specified and as necessary to complete the following: 1. CMU for a 30' x 60' Pump Station Building at the Reservoir 13 site a. Concrete Masonry Units b. Vertical and horizontal reinforcing for the CMU c. Setting of flashing and other work to be embedded in masonry. d. Grouting e. Cleaning of Masonry 2. CMU for a 10' x 10' x 8'8" H Electrical Building at the Reservoir 18 Site a. Concrete Masonry Units b. Vertical and horizontal reinforcing for the CMU c. Setting of flashing and other work to be embedded in masonry. d. Grouting e. Cleaning of Masonry Location and materials are as indicated and specified in the project plans and specifications. The bidding documents include the following: Invitation to Bid, Instructions to Bidders, Bid/Proposal Forms, City of Tigard General Conditions, Sample Emery & Sons Subcontract, Emery & Sons Health & Safety Manual, 100% Plans, and 100% Specifications. ROM = $85,000-$95,000 *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
