Knoxville Utilities Board (KUB) is seeking bids from Suppliers for KUB’s Natural Gas and Diesel Generators, Control No. 3374. KUB intends to purchase a 100-kilowatt and 125-kilowatt generator which meet KUB specifications 16620A Generator Set – Diesel Fueled and 16620B Generator Set – Natural Gas Fueled . KUB intends to initially purchase one (1) 125-kilowatt natural gas generators and two (2) 100-Kilowatt diesel generator. KUB will require delivery to KUB’s storeroom at 4505 Middlebrook Pike. However, there is no guarantee of purchase. The required power rating for the Natural Gas the generators is three-phase 120/208V. The Required power rating for the Diesel Generator is three-phase 120/208V. Vendor must also provide sound attenuation to meet 71 decibels at 23 feet requirement.
