Renovation of an educational facility in Kirkwood, Missouri. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
**As of July 10, 2023, project was awarded to Lawrence Fabric & Metal Structures. but awarded amount is not available.** This project requires interested, qualified Contractors to utilize the design-build model to furnish and install screening materials (on existing structural steel members) to conceal the existing rooftop HVAC unit on the North building at Kirkwood High School. A brief scope of work consists of a structural assessment, design development, and installation of the screening materials as defined in this Bid Package. Contractor will be required to provide management, supervision, services, labor, equipment, materials, tools, clerical and administrative support, necessary for a turnkey project in accordance with the requirements, specifications and recommendations of this document and those of the manufacturer All bids equal to or greater than $5,000 must be accompanied by a Bidder's Bond executed by the Bidder as Principal and by a Surety Company authorized to do business in Missouri as the Surety; or a company check in a sum equal to five percent (5%) of the total amount of the Bid The Owner reserves the right to schedule additional Pre-Bid meetings to comply with Board of Education policies and procedures
