Site work and paving for a road / highway in Kirkwood, Missouri. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
The proposed work includes: Improving Geyer Road from Adams Ave to Big Bend Rd with new ADA compliant curb ramps/landings at the street intersections located between Adams Ave and Big Bend Rd, milling of the road surface for a new overlay, improved pavement marking, improvements at the Union Pacific Railroad, new signals at Argonne Ave, improvements at multiple crosswalks, and other appurtenances. All questions are due by September 6th, 2023 and can only be submitted through the City of Kirkwood's e-Procurement Platform A certified cashier's check or a bid bond in the amount of 5% shall be submitted with each proposal. The DBE Goal for this project is 15%. No second tier subcontracting will be allowed on this project. The City of Kirkwood reserves the right to reject any or all bids. The project will be awarded to the lowest, responsive, responsible bidder.
